DAN apartment

Design, execution and decoration. The apartment was thought out in every detail to meet the demands and specifics of the young client, who was returning from a season in London with a container of furniture and objects. The airy longitudinal room, which occupies the entire facade of the building, is integrated into the balcony and divided into 3 environments: dining, living and TV.

The flooring in Travertino Navona contrasts with the columns, which have been peeled off to reveal the beautiful concrete with its details and imperfections of form. The light shelf, made of corten steel and brass, that frames the TV was designed to house the library; the single-back sofa serves both room uses. With abundant natural light, perfect for the client's urban jungle, the room is designed to receive and display the collection of affective objects.

The suite has designed joinery, with a floating king bed in solid freijó and a headboard in the same finish. With no TV or other distractions and with a separate closet, the colors and textures were designed for the coziness and calm needed in a bedroom.

On the other hand, the “Yellow Room” was, at the client's request, designed to be a lively environment that stimulates creativity. Defined by her, the two shades of yellow used on the wall highlight the joinery, also in freijó, designed for use in the office and guest room.

Many other colors populate the bathrooms and kitchen, giving unconventional contours to a  bold and pulsating design.
