Project developed for a house in Itaipava, on land with a great slope. The clients' first demand was a house that was attached to the land, with a "house look" and this was the biggest difficulty due to the very steep terrain.

With some earthworks, it was possible to develop the external area of the house in levels and create a solid base for the residence to stand on the ground.

With a mix of rustic and contemporary materials, the project is defined by comfort and well-being, both in the internal living areas and in the external areas.

The fireplace and television room with double height, impresses and enhances the environment. On one level above we find the dining room integrated with the kitchen. The internal circulation gives access to the intimate upper floor and connects the two internal levels of the house.

The internal patio located next to the circulation allows cross ventilation in the room, in addition to valuing the natural light in the environments.

The lower deck connects with the infinity pool, both at treetop height. The living space has a barbecue, pizza oven, space for tasting wine and cigars.
