Design and decoration. Developed for the sales stand of the Ícono Parque real estate development, in Flamengo the project humanizes one of the units for sale.

The apartment consists of a living room integrated with the kitchen; gourmet balcony; two bedrooms – one being a suite; toilet and shared bathroom.

Designed for a young family, formed by a photographer and a lawyer with a small child, the creative and accessible solutions make possible a bold and contemporary apartment in 75m².

​

Free from excesses, the project makes use of sober tones, natural wood, black iron, glass and mirrors to enlarge the environments. In the children's room, colors and playful shapes are concentrated in the designed carpentry.
