Design and decoration. Development of the sales stand for the Ícono Parque real estate development, in Flamengo. A glass box with a beveled frame was designed to house the volumes of the decorated apartment, meeting and management room.

In the large hall with a 4m height, the project's model is highlighted, illuminated by a barrel, with the brokers' desks populating the entire surroundings.

Planters with natural vegetation frame the paths and the high volume of the decorated apartment unit.

Access is via a ramp, alluding to the concept of the Urban Park project, which aims to offer all the facilities of an urban center in a condominium with a green buffer zone.
